Senoko were a trusted Singaporean electricity generator for over 40 years but with the launch of the Open Electricity Market in 2018, households and businesses were allowed to choose their own energy retailer for the first time.
With past experience working in the energy industry, WhiteRhino was approached to help propel Senoko into the newly-competitive Jurong electricity market. With dozens of new competitors and a largely uneducated consumer audience, our challenge was to ensure Senoko stood out with broad appeal and clear, simple messaging.
