BIENCO brings together Australia’s leaders in corneal bioengineering. Their development of bioengineered corneas aims to reduce the reliance on donor tissue, helping more than 5 million people worldwide suffering from corneal blindness.

WhiteRhino worked with the team to develop a futuristic name, brand, style guide and website to promote the project and ensure its success in securing funding. The name BIENCO was created by shortening and unifying ‘Bio-Engineered Cornea’ reflecting the merging of multiple parties with a shared vision of reducing blindness.
